A letter of invitation is available to all registered participants for the purposes of obtaining a visa prior to arriving in Uganda.

To access your letter: 

• Log into the registration system at:  https://www.conftool.com/fpconference2009/.  
• From the main menu, select Invitation Letter, an Adobe Acrobat PDF file
• Save and print your Letter of Invitation.

 If you sent your registration by e-mail or fax, you will not be able to log in until you receive an autogenerated e-mail confirming that you have been registered. Once you receive that e-mail, you will be able to download your letter following the instructions above.
